Job Description

Summary: The Purple Method is always looking for talented consultants to join our team for temporary/project-based opportunities. We look for people who have a passion for HR, employee engagement and culture-building, as well as those who have experience with employment law, country-specific policy knowledge, and/or experience conducting workplace trainings.

Our consultants and trainers assist the Purple Method’s Leadership Team with training development and deployment, policy review and guidance, and corporate engagement objectives as we support employers in implementing best practices for addressing workplace harassment.

Timeframe and Compensation: Our consultants join us on project-based and/or monthly contracts and compensation is commensurate with experience. The Purple Method will not withhold FICA (Social Security or Medicare taxes), state, or federal income taxes from the payment; nor will it make state or federal unemployment compensation contributions in connection with this position.
