Summary: The Purple Method is always looking for talented consultants to join our team for temporary/project-based opportunities. We look for people who have a passion for HR, employee engagement and culture-building, as well as those who have experience with employment law, country-specific policy knowledge, and/or experience conducting workplace trainings.

Our consultants and trainers assist the Purple Method’s Leadership Team with training development and deployment, policy review and guidance, and corporate engagement objectives as we support employers in implementing best practices for addressing workplace harassment.

Timeframe and Compensation: Our consultants join us on project-based and/or monthly contracts and compensation is commensurate with experience. The Purple Method will not withhold FICA (Social Security or Medicare taxes), state, or federal income taxes from the payment; nor will it make state or federal unemployment compensation contributions in connection with this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in refining and developing the Purple Method’s workplace and policy positions as the organization grows and scales
• Learning our unique Purple Methodology in order to apply it to client projects and policies
• Learning how to develop and deploy the Purple Method’s anti-harassment training
• Conducting Policy Reviews, reviewing written policies to ensure they are up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends
• Assisting with other policy efforts as needed

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with the any of items below:

• You have experience with employment law and/or have country-specific employee knowledge or language skills.
• You have experience conducting employee trainings (meeting California training requirements is a plus!). And possess strong presentation, communication, and listening skills.
• You have experience with workplace compliance.
• You have experience with data and/or privacy law.
• You’re willing to work with all levels of the organization, and are flexible and able to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• You’re a driven self-starter and able to work autonomously while prioritizing competing tasks
• You’re an empathetic teammate and humble learner with a growth mindset
• You’re an adaptable individual possessing high integrity, excellent judgment, and a sense of humor.
